Cloud Stitch Studio prioritizes a "Ready to Ship" model. Every item listed is already handcrafted and prepared for delivery.
- Processing Time: Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-3 days of purchase.
- Carrier: All orders are shipped via Michaels MakerPlace standard shipping (UPS or USPS) to ensure reliable tracking.
- Location: We currently ship exclusively to the United States from our studio in Colorado.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges or returns for "change of mind". Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
- Damages: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact cloudstitchstudio@outlook.com or the shop directly within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
